Frequently asked questions
You can book a home cleaning service as far out in advance as you'd like, but we ask that you book at least 72 hours in advance. However, you can always give us a call. 585-313-6078.
The standard spaces that are cleaned in a home are the living area/room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. This service, depending on the size of the home, and each room, takes about 1.5-2 hours.
In some cases we do. Usually window cleaning is a separate service. However, if we're cleaning one of the standard spaces in a home cleaning service, we probably won't neglect dirty window. That's silly.
We reserve 3 hours so that we can take our time and do it right. If you're a regular client who uses our services frequently, it might take a bit less time. Typically initial cleanings take the full 3 hours. Our priority is getting it right! Otherwise, why hire us?!
We use a variety of products based on the clients needs. We do not use bleach! No matter how careful we are, it manages to ruin everything.
Absolutely! If you feel that your cleaner has exceeded your expectations, and you want to leave them a gratuity, we encourage it.
We love pets, but they should remain in their own space while the cleaning takes place. If requested, we will let dogs out to potty, and let them out after the cleaning is complete.

Absolutely! We offer customized bi-weekly, and weekly cleaning services. You pay a monthly fee, and you're set!
Of course we do! This is where we get to shine! After a night of fun, you leave for brunch, come back and then shambam--your space looks brand new! We also provide services during your house party/event.
Yes. For an additional fee, we will clean cars along with services already booked. We do not offer car cleaning services on their own. We offer this service June 1 - September 15.
All of our cleaners wear face coverings and use gloves. Additionally, our services are virtually touchless between client and HVHC staff. Prior to leaving your home or facility, we clean all door knobs or other touch points. We use new cleaning sponges and cleaning rags with each cleaning service.
